Logos galore

by J4 | Apr 6, 2011 | Branding, Pinnacle | 0 comments

Summit 805 logo

This was one of those classic branding moments.

I recently began a logo/rebrand project with Pinnacle to expant their brand to the other branches of their business. A year or so ago, we rebranded the Devlopment branch and the logo has been used successfully ever since. The other areas of business, however, have been either unbranded or using the old logo, still.

So Pinnacle recently came to me wanting to expand to the other branches of their business. And what makes this a classic is that, in the end, we’ve gone with the same mark as the development logo for all the other branches. After the whole excercise of creating a logo for each, the obvious correct answer was to stick with what we had. I’m very pleased with the outcome. The excercise of looking at options was necessary for everyone to be convinced. Good stuff.

And we’ve also had another opportunity for a hand-scripted logo. We really love doing these, but seem to rarely have the opportunity. Now, the last 2 logos we’ve done have been hand-scripted. :)
